To improve security by preventing an electronic lock system from outputting an unlocking signal only by an unlocking request from a portable terminal illegally acquiring authentication information such as an electronic key ID.SOLUTION: A doorway locking/unlocking system including a locking/unlocking control device including a lock portion installed at a building doorway, a management server connected to the locking/unlocking control device via a network, and a portable terminal, connected thereto via the network, of a user using the doorway, wherein an input unit of the portable terminal acquires a gate ID from a fixed-type gate ID acquisition unit arranged at the doorway and transmits personal identification information and the fixed-type gate ID to the management server, and when authentication of the personal identification information received from the portable terminal, the fixed-type gate ID information, and registered information is established, the management server is in a state capable of accepting a request from the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

【課題】電子鍵ＩＤ等の認証情報を不正に取得した携帯端末からの解錠要求だけで電子錠システムが解錠信号を出力すること避け、よって、セキュリティの向上を図ること。【解決手段】建物の出入口に設置されたロック部を含む施解錠制御装置と、施解錠制御装置とネットワークを介して接続する管理サーバと、ネットワークを介して接続し、かつ前記出入口を利用する利用者の携帯端末とを含む出入口施解錠システムであって、前記携帯端末の入力部は、出入口に配置された固定型のゲートＩＤ取得部よりゲートＩＤを取得し、本人証明情報と固定型のゲートＩＤを前記管理サーバに送信し、管理サーバは、前記携帯端末から受信した本人証明情報と固定型のゲートＩＤ情報と登録済みの登録情報との認証が成立した場合には、該携帯端末から要求受け入れ可能状態となる、出入口施解錠システム。【選択図】図４
