To provide a hydrogen manufacturing facility and an operation method of the hydrogen manufacturing facility capable of reducing facility costs and reducing risk of environmental pollution.SOLUTION: A hydrogen manufacturing facility comprises: an apparatus constituting the hydrogen manufacturing facility; and a building including a wall portion and a roof portion and housing the apparatus. The wall portion includes a spandrel wall portion connected to a floor surface in the building. Liquid leaked from the apparatus can be stored in a recessed portion formed at least partially by a side surface of the spandrel wall portion and the floor surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
