To reduce the load of the process for identifying a failure cause.SOLUTION: An abnormality identification device comprises: a vibration acquisition part that acquires vibration information indicating a vibration generated during opening/closing movement of a door device that opens/closes an entrance of a railway vehicle; a determination part that determines an abnormality of the door device by comparing the vibration indicated by the acquired vibration information with a vibration reference value; a movement acquisition part that acquires movement information indicating a lapsed time from a start of operation of the door device to a specific point in time when the determination part determines the abnormality or an opening/closing amount of the door device; and an identification part that uses the movement information to identify a constituent element related to the operation of the door device at the specific point in time from among a plurality of constituent elements constituting the door device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
