DAMPING BUILDING
To provide a damping building, in which an internal building is constructed inside an external building, these buildings being connected with each other with damping members, and which can secure rigidity of the internal building to gain a high damping effect without restriction caused by a height or a planar shape of the building.SOLUTION: A damping building is constituted by: constructing an internal building inside an external building provided with a base isolation layer, which features higher rigidity compared with the external building; arranging damping members in a gap made between the aforesaid internal building and the aforesaid external building; and connecting the internal building and the external building with the damping members. The aforesaid internal building is divided into a lower building and an upper building. A connection structure is arranged on the aforesaid upper building at a middle part in a height direction of the upper building to integrally connect to the aforesaid external building. The aforesaid damping members are arranged at least in the vicinity of a top end of each the aforesaid lower building and the aforesaid upper building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外部建物の内側に内部建物を構築し、これらを制振部材により連結する制振建物において、建物の高さや平面形状に制約を受けることなく、内部建物の剛性を確保し、高い制振効果を得ることである。【解決手段】免震層が設けられた外部建物の内側に該外部建物に比べて剛性の高い内部建物を構築するとともに、該内部建物と前記外部建物との間に設けた隙間に制振部材を設け、該制振部材で、前記内部建物と前記外部建物とを連結する制振建物において、前記内部建物は、下部建物と上部建物と分割されて、前記上部建物の高さ方向中間部に、前記外部建物と一体に接続される接続構造が設けられ、前記制振部材が、少なくとも前記下部建物及び前記上部建物各々の上端近傍に設けられている。【選択図】図1
