FASTENER STORAGE CASING FOR INSTALLING WALL BALUSTRADE AND MEANS OF SEALING FASTENER STORAGE SPACE FOR INSTALLING
To shorten the construction period at the time of installation in a wall balustrade manufactured by a precast method, and to easily inspect and replace a fastening tool for installation after installation.SOLUTION: A storage casing 10 is mounted to a wall balustrade 2 fixed to a floor slab 1 of a road with an anchor bolt (mounting fastener) 5. The storage casing 10 comprises a casing body 11 that is fitted in an installing fastener storage space 3 opening in the front surface of the wall balustrade 2 and storing the head of the anchor bolt 5 and that has an opening 11a in front thereof and a through hole 11 b through which the shaft of the anchor bolt 5 can pass in the bottom thereof, and a lid 12 that opens and closes the front opening 11a of the casing body 11. This eliminates the conventional work of filling the storage space 3 with mortar, etc., thereby shortening the construction period at the time of installation than before, and facilitating inspection and replacement of the anchor bolts 5 after installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】プレキャスト工法で製作される壁高欄において、設置時の工期の短縮を図るとともに、設置後の据付用締結具の点検・取替が簡単に行えるようにする。【解決手段】道路の床版１にアンカーボルト（据付用締結具）５で固定される壁高欄２に、その前面に開口してアンカーボルト５の頭部を収納する据付用締結具収納空間３に嵌め込まれ、前面に開口部１１ａを有し、底面にアンカーボルト５の軸部が通過可能な貫通孔１１ｂを有するケーシング本体１１と、ケーシング本体１１の前面の開口部１１ａを開閉する蓋１２とを備えた収納ケーシング１０を取り付けて、従来の行われていた収納空間３へのモルタル等の充填作業をなくすことにより、従来よりも設置時の工期短縮が図れ、設置後のアンカーボルト５の点検・取替作業も簡単に行えるようにした。【選択図】図２
