CONNECTION TOOL FOR CELL STRUCTURE, CONNECTION STRUCTURE, AND CONNECTION METHOD
To provide a connection method for cell structures which dispenses with drilling work at a site, prevents disconnection and is easily attachable/detachable.SOLUTION: There is provided a connection tool for cell structures that connects cell structures, comprising filler-loaded honeycomb-like cell aggregate, obtained by stretching a honeycomb-like solid reinforcing material in the thickness direction, where strip materials provided with holes and composed of a plurality of long piece resins or fiber sheets are arranged side by side in the thickness direction and are repeatedly and partially joined to each other in a zigzag manner at a predetermined interval, wherein the connection tool is composed of two members of an A member having a bolt part and a B member having a nut part, the A member has a handle part gripped by a hand and a cylindrical bolt part extending substantially vertically from the handle part, a spiral groove is provided in a cylindrical side face part of the bolt part, the B member has a handle part gripped by a hand and a nut part having a cylindrical hole penetrating from an upper face to a lower face so as to insert the A member bolt part at approximately the center of the handle part, and a spiral groove is provided in a side face part of a cylindrical hole of the nut part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】現場での穴あけ作業がなく、連結が外れず、かつ容易に着脱可能なセル構造体同士の接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】孔が設けられた複数の長片状の樹脂又は繊維シートからなるストリップ材を厚さ方向に並設し互いに所定の間隔で千鳥状に繰り返し部分的に接合したハニカム状立体補強材を厚さ方向に展張したハニカム状のセル集合体に充填材を充填してなるセル構造体同士を接続するセル構造体用接続具で、接続具はボルト部を有するA部材と、ナット部を有するB部材の2つの部材で構成され、A部材は手で把持するための持手部と、持手部より略垂直に伸びる円柱状のボルト部を有し、ボルト部の円柱側面部分には螺旋状の溝があり、B部材は手で把持するための持手部と、持手部の略中心にA部材ボルト部を挿入するための上面から下面に貫通している円柱状の孔を有するナット部を有し、ナット部の円柱状孔の側面部分には螺旋状の溝があるセル構造体用接続具。【選択図】図8
