To provide a building structure capable of utilizing a storage space and expanding a use area while providing the storage space under the floor of a living room.SOLUTION: An underfloor storage type building structure to be provided in an apartment building, which is equipped with a living room with underfloor storage and a first ascending staircase and a second ascending staircase to access the living room. The first and second ascending staircases are arranged on opposite sides of the living room, an access part for accessing the underfloor storage is provided in the vicinity of each of the first ascending staircase and the second ascending staircase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】居室部の床下に収納スペースを備えつつ，収納スペースの利活用と使用面積の拡充を図りうる建築構造物の提供。【解決手段】マンションにおいて備えられる床下収納型建築構造物であって，床下収納を備えた居室部と，前記居室部にアクセスするための第一上り階段，第二上り階段とを備え，第一上り階段と第二上り階段は，居室部を挟んで対側に配置されており，第一上り階段，第二上り階段，それぞれの近傍に，床下収納にアクセスするためのアクセス部が設けられていることを特徴とする床下収納型建築構造物。【選択図】図５
