HYDRAULIC PIPING CONNECTION METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a hydraulic piping connection method of a construction machine capable of preventing a hydraulic fluid from leaking out at the time of connection work of a hydraulic piping passage.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydraulic piping connection method in which hydraulic fluid tank side hydraulic piping 41 and work device side hydraulic piping are formed so as to be connectable and disconnectable with each other, via a hydraulic piping coupling provided in the middle of a hydraulic piping passage between a hydraulic fluid tank 30 and a hydraulic actuator for work device driving. A negative pressure generation device 50 having a vacuum pump 51 for making the inside of the hydraulic fluid tank into certain negative pressure with respect to an outer environment is prepared, and in a state of blocking a hydraulic piping passage by a piping passage closing member (for example, a plug) fitted to the hydraulic piping coupling, a step of making the inside of the hydraulic fluid tank into negative pressure by using the negative pressure generation device, and a step of making the hydraulic piping passage into a communicating state by fitting the work device side hydraulic piping to the hydraulic piping coupling in place of the piping passage closing member, are performed sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】油圧配管路の接続作業時に作動油が漏れ出すことを防止できる建設機械の油圧配管接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】作動油タンク30と作業装置駆動用油圧アクチュエータとの間の油圧配管路途中に設けられる油圧配管継手を介して、作動油タンク側油圧配管41と作業装置側油圧配管とが互いに接続分離可能に形成された建設機械の油圧配管接続方法であって、作動油タンク内を外部環境に対して一定の負圧にする真空ポンプ51を備えた負圧発生装置50を準備し、油圧配管継手に取り付けた配管路閉塞部材(例えばプラグ)によって油圧配管路を遮断した状態で、負圧発生装置を使用して作動油タンク内を負圧にする段階と、配管路閉塞部材に代えて作業装置側油圧配管を油圧配管継手に取り付け、油圧配管路を連通した状態にする段階とを順に行う。【選択図】図7
