To prevent a contact member from slipping against a vertical bar member to ensure that a material carrier is prevented from falling, when attaching a fall prevention mechanism to an unloading device.SOLUTION: An unloading device comprises an adjustment box 10 that moves up and down along a first guide pipe 50 having a circular cross section, and a material carrier 40 connected to the adjustment box 10. The adjustment box 10 comprises a box frame with a top plate, a lifting body 20 that slides up and down on the circumference of the first guide pipe 50, and a fall prevention mechanism that prevents the material carrier 40 from falling. The fall prevention mechanism comprises: an engagement portion that engages a lifting member of a lifting device; a hooked plate having a locking portion pressed against the circumference of the first guide pipe 50 when the lifting member is released from lifting; a coil spring that tilts the hooked plate and presses the locking portion against the circumference of the first guide pipe 50; and a guide frame that is attached to the top plate to guide the tilting of the hooked plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
