RENOVATED ELEVATOR-TYPE PARKING DEVICE, AND RENOVATION METHOD OF EXISTING ELEVATOR-TYPE PARKING DEVICE
To provide a renovated elevator-type parking device capable of increasing the number of high-roof cars to be housed and also preventing or minimizing damage to a vehicle or a parking device due to opening of a hatchback door during parking, and to provide a renovation method of an existing elevator-type parking device.SOLUTION: In a renovation method of an existing elevator-type parking device 10, the top stage storage shelf of the existing elevator-type parking device 10 is removed and a storage shelf one stage below the top stage is set as a storage shelf for high-roof cars, photoelectric switches 30, 31 emitting lights 30a, 30b, 31a, 31b to respective height limits of a high-roof car 1B and a normal car 1A are attached to at least four corners of a cage 14, a safety roof 40 covering the entire upper surface of a pallet 12 above the height limit of the high-roof car 1B is attached, and when the photoelectric switches 30, 31 detect interception of the lights 30a, 30b, 31a, 31b, loading and unloading operation is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ハイルーフ車の収容台数を増やすことができ、かつ駐車中にハッチバックドアが開くことによる車両又は駐車装置の損傷を防ぎ又は最小限に止めることができる改修後のエレベータ方式駐車装置および既設のエレベータ方式駐車装置の改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設のエレベータ方式駐車装置10の改修方法であって、既設のエレベータ方式駐車装置10の最上段の格納棚を排除し、その最上段の1つ下の格納棚をハイルーフ車用の格納棚とし、ハイルーフ車1Bと普通車1Aのそれぞれの制限高さに光30a,30b,31a,31bを投光する光電スイッチ30,31をケージ14の少なくとも四隅に取り付け、ハイルーフ車1Bの制限高さより上でパレット12の上面の全体を覆う安全ルーフ40を取り付け、光電スイッチ30,31が光30a,30b,31a,31bの遮断を検知したときに入出庫動作を停止させる。【選択図】図2
