RENEWAL SEGMENT, AND REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING MANHOLE
To provide a renewal segment capable of being applied to various existing manholes with excellent versatility and having strength that can withstand external forces such as earthquakes, and a repair method of existing manholes.SOLUTION: A renewal segment (11, etc.) covering and hiding an internal surface of an existing manhole 71 is constituted of a front plate 41, a side plate 44, closing plates 45, 46, and a back plate 48, so that the shape and size thereof can be changed freely, can be applied to various existing manholes 71, and has excellent versatility. Moreover, strength and weight of the renewal segments (11, etc.) are increased by injecting a reinforcing filler 51, so as to withstand external forces such as earthquakes, and also prevent the existing manhole 71 from floating up. In addition, since neighboring renewal segments (11 etc.) are connected with bolts 57, there is no need to introduce a fitting structure. Since the bolts 57 are housed inside the renewal segments (11 etc.), there is no interference with work or lifting in repairs and inspections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汎用性が高く様々な既設マンホールに対応可能であり、また地震などの外力に対抗可能な強度を有する更新セグメントと既設マンホールの補修方法の提供。【解決手段】既設マンホール71の内部表面を覆い隠す更新セグメント(11等)は、表面板41と側板44と塞ぎ板45、46と背面板48で構成することで、その形状や大きさを自在に調整可能であり、様々な既設マンホール71に対応でき、汎用性に優れている。しかも更新セグメント(11等)は、補強充填材51の注入によって強度と重量が増大するため、地震などの外力に対抗できるほか、既設マンホール71の浮き上がりを抑制できる。また隣接する更新セグメント(11等)同士はボルト57で連結するため、嵌め合わせ構造を導入する必要がなく、しかもボルト57は更新セグメント(11等)の内部に収容されるため、補修や点検の際、作業や昇降に支障をきたすことがない。【選択図】 図1
