FREEZING SYSTEM AND FREEZING STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a freezing system capable of actively controlling a freezing range even for a prolonged freezing term, and a freezing structure construction method.SOLUTION: A freezing pipe 2 and an outer pipe 3 covering the circumference of the freezing pipe 2 are disposed in a ground 1, a heat transfer component 4 is packed between the outer pipe 3 and the freezing pipe 2 to a predetermined depth from the ground surface, and an air pipe 5 is inserted between the outer pipe 3 and the freezing pipe 2 to locate a bottom edge 6 above the heat transfer component 4, so that a freezing system 8 is installed in the ground 1. Along with passing a cooling medium 9 through the freezing pipe 2, a fluid is passed through the air pipe 5, so that a planned frozen ground 11 is constructed at a predetermined region in the ground 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】凍結期間が長期化しても凍結範囲を能動的に制御できる凍結システムおよび凍結構造施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】凍結管2と、凍結管2の外周を覆う外管3とを地盤1中に配置し、地表から所定の深さまで、外管3と凍結管2との間に伝熱部材4を充填し、下端6が伝熱部材4の上方に位置するように、外管3と凍結管2との間に送気管5を挿入して、地盤1に凍結システム8を設置する。そして、凍結管2に冷却媒体9を流すとともに送気管5に流体を流して、地盤1中の所定の部位に計画凍土11を施工する。【選択図】図3
