CONCRETE MEMBER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE MEMBER
To provide a concrete member and a construction method of a concrete member which reduce labor for construction, and enable high quality of a cover portion.SOLUTION: A concrete member includes: a frame-like perforated steel material 4 formed with a plurality of through holes 43 for reinforcement; an embedded form 5 surrounding the perforated steel material 4; an axial reinforcement 6 inserted to the through holes 43 for reinforcement; and a concrete hardened body 7 which is installed inside the embedded form 5 and is made of concrete. The embedded form 5 is provided with mounting members 52 for fixing the perforated steel material 4 and is made of precast concrete, and secures predetermined cover concrete thickness on the surface side of the mounting members 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工の手間を低減するとともにかぶり部分の高品質化を可能としたコンクリート部材およびコンクリート部材の構築方法を提案する。【解決手段】複数の鉄筋用貫通孔43が形成された枠状の孔あき鋼材4と、孔あき鋼材4を囲う埋設型枠5と、鉄筋用貫通孔43を挿通した軸方向鉄筋6と、埋設型枠5の内側に打設されたコンクリートからなるコンクリート硬化体7とを備えるコンクリート部材である。埋設型枠5は、孔あき鋼材4を固定するための取付部材52が設けられたプレキャストコンクリート製で、取付部材52の表面側に所定の被りコンクリート厚さを確保している。【選択図】図2
