To provide a permanent sub-substructural column capable of improving a concrete filling rate.SOLUTION: A permanent sub-substructural column 1 comprises: an upper permanent sub-substructural column portion 10 having an upper steel pipe portion 11 extending with a vertical direction as an axis O1 direction; a middle permanent sub-substructural column portion 20 having a middle steel pipe portion 21 disposed continuously below the upper steel pipe portion 11 and extending with a vertical direction as the axis O1 direction, and a middle steel frame portion 26 disposed inside the middle steel pipe portion 21; a lower permanent sub-substructural column portion 30 having a lower steel frame portion 31 having a plurality of side wall plate portions 32 disposed continuously below the middle steel pipe portion 21 and a central plate portion 33 extending from the side wall plate portion 32 toward a center in a plan view; and a partition plate portion 50 disposed between the middle permanent sub-substructural column portion 20 and the lower permanent sub-substructural column portion 30 to partition each other. 【課題】コンクリートの充填率を向上させることができる構真柱を提供する。【解決手段】構真柱１は、上下方向を軸線Ｏ１方向として延びる上側鋼管部１１を有する上側構真柱部１０と、上側鋼管部１１の下側に連続して配置され、上下方向を軸線Ｏ１方方向として延びる中間鋼管部２１と、中間鋼管部２１の内部に配置された中間鉄骨部２６と、を有する中間構真柱部２０と、中間鋼管部２１の下側に連続して配置された複数の側壁プレート部３２と、側壁プレート部３２から平面視中央側に延びる中央プレート部３３と、を有する下側鉄骨部３１を有する下側構真柱部３０と、中間構真柱部２０と下側構真柱部３０との間に配置され、互いを区画する区画プレート部５０と、を備え、区画プレート部５０は、外縁部側が上方を向くように傾斜している。【選択図】図１
