FRAME, SCAFFOLD STRUCTURE AND REFORM METHOD FOR EXTERIOR WALL

To execute a renovation work to lay new exterior walls over existing exterior walls with high scaffolding strength.SOLUTION: A reform method for an exterior wall using a predetermined frame comprises a first process of inserting a drill of a steel pipe nut into a base of an existing exterior wall and fixing; a second process of installing a bottom surface frame on the existing exterior wall so that the steel pipe nut is located in a position corresponding to a top surface opening; a third process of fixing both ends of the bottom surface frame in a longitudinal direction; and a fourth process of fixing a new exterior wall to a surface of a top surface frame that avoids the top surface opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】既存外壁の上に新規外壁を敷設するリフォーム作業を、足場強度が高い状態で行う。【解決手段】所定のフレームを用いた外壁のリフォーム方法であって、前記鋼管用ナットのドリルを前記既存外壁の下地に差し込んで固定する第１工程と、前記鋼管用ナットが前記天面開口部に対応した位置に配設されるように、前記底面フレームを前記既存外壁に設置する第２工程と、前記底面フレームの長手方向における両端部を固定する第３工程と、前記天面フレームにおける前記天面開口部を避けた面に前記新規外壁を固定する第４工程と、を有することを特徴とする外壁のリフォーム方法。【選択図】図２
