To provide an exterior wall base panel which enables a waterproof sheet to be installed with good workability, a waterproof structure between exterior wall base panels and a method for installing exterior wall base panels.SOLUTION: An exterior wall base panel comprises a frame and a waterproof sheet 3 disposed on a surface of one side of the frame, the waterproof sheet 3 comprises a face sheet portion 31 provided on a surface of one side and of substantially same size as the surface of one side and an edge sheet portion 32 extending from at least one end 31d of the face sheet portion 31, the edge sheet portion 32 comprises a first folded sheet portion 321 folded at the end 31d of the face sheet portion 31 and disposed along an end face 23a of the frame, a second folded sheet portion 322 folded at an end 321a of the first folded sheet portion 321 and disposed along the first folded sheet portion 321, and a third folded sheet portion 323 folded at an end 322a of the second folded sheet portion 322 and disposed along the face sheet portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
