To provide sealing structure of a panel member and a roof structure in which good appearance and sealing performance can be obtained by arranging a shaped sealing material at an appropriate position.SOLUTION: A panel member 10 comprises a panel 11 and a gable plate 31 attached to an end surface of the panel 11. The panel member 10 includes sealing structure in which a shaped sealing material 41 is attached from above to a gap G between the panel 11 and the gable plate 31 to seal the same. The shaped sealing material 41 comprises: a main body portion 43 fitted into the gap G; and an arm portion 45 connected to an upper part of the main body portion 43 to extend laterally and tightly fastened to an upper surface of the panel 11. The main body portion 43 includes: a first side wall portion 51 tightly fastened to the end surface of the panel 11; a second side wall portion 53 tightly fastened to the gable plate 31; an upper wall portion 55 connected to upper parts of the first side wall portion 51 and the second side wall portion 53; and a brace portion 61 connected to an upper position of the second side wall portion 53 and a lower position of the first side wall portion 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
