To provide an anchor holding tool and a grout filling method which can stably hold an anchor in a central part of a hole of an object.SOLUTION: An anchor holding tool 10 includes: a grip collar 12 mounted in a hole wall 103 by expansion and contraction; a plug 14 having an insertion part 60 which is pushed into the grip collar 12 and has a truncated conical shape, and a base part 62 which is formed integrally with the insertion part 60 and faces the edge part of the hole 102, enlarging the diameter of the grip collar 12 by pushing the insertion part 60 into the grip collar 12, and fixing the grip collar 12 into the hole wall 103; a holding hole 30 which is formed in the central part of the plug 14 and centers an inserted anchor 18 to the central part of the hole 102; an insertion port 32 which is formed around the holding hole 30 of the plug 14 and into which a hose 20 for injecting a grout into the hole 102 is inserted; and an exhaust port 34 which is formed around the holding hole 30 of the plug 14 and exhausts air in the hole 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
