To provide a drainage member and a piping structure.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a drain member attached to an eaves gutter having a bottom plate having an open hole and side plates extending upward from both ends in the width direction of the bottom plate and connected to a downpipe through an elbow pipe, including a lower drain member, which has a lower flange part that is disposed on an undersurface of the bottom plate and has a receiving port formed on an inner periphery thereof and an outer cylinder part formed below the lower flange part, and an upper drain member, which has an upper flange part that is disposed on a top face of the bottom plate and has a spigot part on an inner periphery side, and an inner cylinder part that is formed below the upper flange part and inserted into the outer cylinder part. An inner cylinder reduced diameter part at which inner diameter is reduced from the upper flange part toward the inner cylinder part is disposed at a connection part between the upper flange part and the inner cylinder part. A plurality of vertical ribs from the upper flange part to a bottom end of the reduced diameter part are provided on the upper drain member so as to be spaced away from each other in an inner peripheral direction of the inner cylinder part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
