To provide a structure preventing a paint on an exterior material such as an exterior wall coated with a photocatalyst from peeling off due to deterioration over time.SOLUTION: A fixing tool b for paint peeling prevention is driven into a surface portion 1 of an exterior material a such as a roof or a wall coated with a photocatalyst either directly or via a paint layer c. The fixing tool b is a screw 2, a nail 3, a bolt 4 or a rivet. Tips 2a, 3a, 4a of the fixing tools b are driven deep enough to reach the exterior material a such as an exterior wall, and heads 6, 7, 8 thereof are driven in so as to protrude from the surface portion 1 of the exterior material a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
