To provide an exterior wall panel that can be attached to a building frame from an indoor side using an external corner exterior wall surface material in which each of orthogonal faces has a horizontal length narrower than a width of a corner post, and to provide a construction method of an exterior wall panel.SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel comprises: a plurality of external corner exterior wall surface materials 50A in which each of orthogonal faces has a horizontal length narrower than a width of a corner post 70 and which are vertically joined; a plurality of flat plate exterior wall surface materials 50B which are vertically joined, one horizontal edge of which is connected to a horizontal edge at each surface side of each external corner exterior wall surface materials 50A, and the other horizontal edge of which protrudes to the lateral side relative to the position of the corner post 70; a first vertical furring strip 51 located at an indoor corner of the external corner exterior wall surface material 50A and supporting the external corner exterior wall surface material 50A; a second vertical furring strip 52 located at the other horizontal edge side of the flat plate exterior wall surface material 50B and supporting the other horizontal edge of the flat plate exterior wall surface material 50B; and a plurality of horizontal members 53 connecting the first vertical furring strip 51 and the second vertical furring strip 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
