WELDING METHOD AND WELDING DEVICE
To provide a welding method capable of efficiently welding a first substrate and a second substrate with excellent accuracy without causing uneven welding and without requiring much labor and time and a welding device to which the welding method is applied.SOLUTION: A welding device 100 of the invention has a horizontal transportation part 20, a vertical transportation part 30, and a heating part 40 capable of taking a fifth position and a sixth position. The heating part 40 has a near-infrared lamp having a width thinner than the widths of a first substrate (a waterproof sheet 10) disposed on the horizontal transportation part 20 and a second substrate (an arrangement member 50) adsorbed to the vertical transportation part 30, and is positioned at the sixth position between the horizontal transportation part 20 and the vertical transportation part 30. When heating the waterproof sheet 10 and the arrangement member 50, the heating part heats the waterproof sheet 10 and the arrangement member 50 while oscillating the near-infrared lamp along a width direction thereof, and subsequently moves to the fifth position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】第1基材と第2基材とを、溶着ムラを生じさせることなく優れた精度で、かつ、時間と手間を要することなく、効率よく溶着することができる溶着方法、および、かかる溶着方法が適用された溶着装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の溶着装置100は、水平搬送部20と、上下搬送部30と、第5位置と第6位置とを取り得る加熱部40とを備え、加熱部40は、水平搬送部20に配置された第1基材(防水シート10)および上下搬送部30に吸着された第2基材(配置部材50)の幅よりも、細幅の近赤外ランプを有し、水平搬送部20と上下搬送部30との間の第6位置に位置して、防水シート10と配置部材50とを加熱する際に、近赤外ランプを、その幅方向に沿って揺動させつつ、防水シート10および配置部材50を加熱した後に、第5位置に移動する。【選択図】図4
