UPPER AND LOWER TWO-STAGE TYPE BICYCLE PARKING FACILITY
To provide an upper and lower two-stage type bicycle parking facility capable of securing safety of a bicycle parking work by stopping driving of elevating and lowering drive means before the contact between an elevating and lowering rack and an obstacle (particularly, a slide rack and a mounted bicycle) occurs, and provide the slide rack and the elevating and lowering rack used therefor.SOLUTION: An elevating and lowering rack 100 capable of elevating/lowering to respective supports 1 arranged in a lateral direction Y comprises detection means 3 which is arranged on a reference surface E having a width in the lateral direction Y from the support 1, to which the elevating and lowering rack 100 is supported, to the adjacent support 1 at least in plan view, for setting a warning area D extending from a fixed rail 2 to one side in a longitudinal direction X, for individually detecting the presence of a slide rack 200 in each warning area D. When any of the detection means 3 detects the presence of the slide rack 200 in the corresponding warning area D, control means 500 always outputs a drive stop command to elevation/lowering drive means 110 for driving the elevating and lowering rack 100 corresponding to the detection means 3 regardless of whether or not a bicycle BCL is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 昇降ラックと障害物(特にスライドラック及び搭載自転車)との接触が発生する前に昇降駆動手段の駆動を停止することによって、駐輪作業の安全性を確保し得る上下2段式駐輪施設並びにそれに用いられるスライドラック及び昇降ラックを提供する。【解決手段】 横方向Yに並ぶ各支柱1に対し昇降可能な昇降ラック100が設けられ、当該昇降ラック100が支持される支柱1から少なくとも平面視で隣接する支柱1に至る横方向Yの幅を有しかつ固定レール2から長手方向X一方側に延びる警戒領域Dを設定するために基準面Eに配置され、各々の警戒領域Dにおいてスライドラック200の存在を個別に検知する検知手段3が設けられる。制御手段500は、いずれかの検知手段3が対応する警戒領域D内にスライドラック200の存在を検知するとき、自転車BCLの搭載有無とは関係なく検知手段3に対応する昇降ラック100を駆動する昇降駆動手段110に駆動停止指令を常に出力する。【選択図】図2
