SMART FORMWORK ASSEMBLING METHOD
To overcome the problems of (1) severe lack of successors because young people shy away from the conventional formwork assembling method using batten cleats, which is based on unnailing associated with heavy work and requiring fine art, and requiring a long period necessary to grow up technicians; (2) huge cost to scrap industrial waste because the batten cleats tend to rot; and (3) decrease in forests of the earth in two years equivalent to Japan land area, and to provide a smart formwork assembling method capable of growing up assembling technicians in a short period to contribute to solving the problems related to lack of successors in the industry as well as the declining birthrate and aging population by attaining simplification of work and of steel screw fastening and lightened labor thereof in framework assembly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】(1)従来の桟木で組み立てる型枠の工法は釘打ち、釘抜きが基本であり、重労務を伴い、微細な技術が求められ、技術者に育つまで長期間を要し、従って、若い人に敬遠され、後継者不足が深刻である。(2)桟木は腐食して、産業廃棄物の処理費がかかる。(3)地球の森林が2年間で日本の国土面積相当減少している。この発明は、上記課題を克服するために、型枠の組み立てを鋼材ビス留めの単純作業化と軽労務化を目指し、組み立て技術者の短期育成が可能で、業界の後継者問題、少子高齢化問題に貢献できる。【選択図】図1
