CEMENT PASTE AND WINTER PC GROUTING METHOD
To provide a PC grout for winter use, which is inexpensive and can be used for winter construction in general areas without requiring any warming measures, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A PC grouting material for winter use is made by kneading at least cement, water, and an admixture. The cement is high-early-strength Portland cement, and the admixture is made of a cement dispersant mainly composed of a polycarboxylic acid polymer, a thickener, and an antifoaming agent. The cement dispersant is contained in an amount of 0.20 to 0.40 pt.mass, the thickener is contained in an amount of 0.015 to 0.020 pt.mass, and the antifoaming agent is contained in an amount of 0.010 to 0.015 pt.mass, relative to 100 pts.mass of cement. The winter PC grout material is characterized in that, when the water-cement ratio is 29 to 32%, the curing period is 28 days, the minimum temperature is -12°C from the first day to the seventh day of the initial curing, the cumulative time that temperatures drop below -8°C is 6 hours or less per day, and the daily average temperature is -6.0°C or higher, the strength of the winter PC grout material is equal to or higher than the desired strength, even if no heating measures are taken during the curing period.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 採暖措置をとらず安価で一般地区において寒中施工に使用可能な冬季用ＰＣグラウトおよびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 この冬季用ＰＣグラウト材は、少なくとも、セメントと、水と、混和剤と、を混練して成る。セメントは、早強ポルトランドセメントであり、混和剤は、ポリカルボン酸系ポリマーを主成分とするセメント分散剤と、増粘剤と、消泡剤と、から成る。セメント１００質量部に対して、セメント分散剤は０．２０～０．４０質量部含有され、増粘剤は０．０１５～０．０２０質量部含有され、消泡剤は０．０１０～０．０１５質量部含有される。水セメント比を２９～３２％とし、養生期間を２８日とした場合における、初期養生の１日目から７日目の最低気温が－１２℃、かつ、－８℃以下となる１日の累計時間が６時間以下であり、日平均気温が－６．０℃以上となる環境下において、養生期間中に採暖措置をとらない場合であっても、冬季用ＰＣグラウト材の強度が所期の強度以上となることを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
