To provide a partition which has a noise insulation property, and which has good operability of a press-contact rubber.SOLUTION: A partition 1 includes: a panel 1a for partitioning a space; a press-contact frame 21 disposed on an upper end surface or a lower end surface of the panel 1a, and capable of advancing/retreating toward installation surfaces 100A, 100B above or below the panel 1a; and press-contact rubbers 2, 2 mounted on the press-contact frame 21, and capable of closing a gap between the panel 1a and the installation surface. The press-contact frame 21 includes: a pair of insertion wall parts 25, 25 disposed so as to move vertically by opposing to inner surfaces of a pair of rising walls extending in the longer direction of a traverse stile 5 provided in the panel 1a; and fitting parts 26, 26 provided at upper ends of the pair of insertion wall parts 25, 25, and for holding the press-contact rubbers 2, 2.
