To provide a piping member and piping structure that enable reduction of adverse effects caused by foreign matter adhering to the outer surface of a vertical gutter section.SOLUTION: A piping member 6 constitutes a part of a piping structure 1. The piping structure 1 comprises: a first eave gutter 31; a second eave gutter 32 below the first eave gutter 31; and a vertical gutter section 4 that extends downward from the drop port 31b of the first eave gutter 31 and passes through an opening 32c in the bottom wall 32a of the second eave gutter 32 in a state that is separated from the second eave gutter 32 in flow path. The piping member 6 is attached to the vertical gutter section 4 between the first eave gutter 31 and the second eave gutter 32. The piping member 6 comprises a cylindrical guiding section 61 that increases in size from the first eave gutter 31 to the second eave gutter 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
