To provide a connecting bracket with excellent mounting stability and a scaffolding unit equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A connecting bracket comprises an upper engaging portion 26 that comes into contact with an edge portion 7 of a top plate 5 from above, a lower engaging portion 27 that is disposed opposite to upper engaging portion 26 and abuts the edge portion 7 from below, a connecting shaft portion 28 that connects the upper engaging portion 26 and the lower engaging portion 27 in a vertically movable manner, a claw portion 29 that fits together at a connected position where the upper engaging portion 26 and the lower engaging portion 27 are in contact with the edge portion 7, and prevents the upper engaging portion 26 and the lower engaging portion 27 from moving up and down, a claw receiver portion 30, a biasing member 31 that urges the claw portion 29 in the direction of fitting into the claw receiver portion 30, and a lock release operation piece 32 that can manually release the fitted state of the claw portion 29 and the claw receiver portion 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
