To provide a spunbond nonwoven fabric for asphalt roofing base material, which is excellent in uniformity of basis weight and vertical tearing strength and further has excellent asphalt impregnation property.SOLUTION: A spunbond nonwoven fabric for asphalt roofing base material is constituted of single component yarn fibers mainly formed of polyester resin. Fiber orientation degree on both sides of the nonwoven fabric is 10° or more and 60° or less. Absolute value of difference between the fiber orientation degree on one surface and the fiber orientation degree on the other surface is 5° or more and 15° or less. Basis weight CV value is 5.5% or less. Tearing strength in a vertical direction per basis weight is 0.20 N/(g/m2) or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 目付の均一性、タテ引裂強度に優れ、さらに、アスファルト含浸加工性に優れた、アスファルトルーフィング基材用のスパンボンド不織布を提供すること。【解決手段】 ポリエステル系樹脂を主成分とする単成分繊維で構成されてなるアスファルトルーフィング基材用スパンボンド不織布であって、両面の繊維配向度が10°以上60°以下であり、一方の表面の繊維配向度と他方の表面の繊維配向度との差の絶対値が5°以上15°以下であり、目付CV値が5.5%以下であり、目付当たりのタテ方向の引裂強力が0.20N/(g/m2)以上である、アスファルトルーフィング基材用スパンボンド不織布。【選択図】 なし
