To provide a joint metal fitting that enables a joint part of high rigidity by evenly pulling and tightening the joint part between wooden members.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 4 for joining a column 1 and a beam 3 of a wooden building comprises: a fixing plate 4B fixed in contact with a side surface of the column 1; and a connecting plate 4C provided so as to protrude from the fixing plate 4B toward the beam 3 and fixed in a state of being inserted into a groove 10 formed on an end surface of the beam 3 in a vertical direction. In the joint metal fitting 4, the connecting plate 4C has a connecting hole 7 through which a drift pin 13 horizontally penetrating the beam 3 is inserted in the groove 10. The connecting hole 7 is long in the vertical direction, and a pair of side edges 7A1 connecting an upper edge 7A and a lower edge 7B, which are in a movement range of the drift pin 13 during joining, are formed at a predetermined angle inclination where the lower edge 7B side is closer to the fixing plate 4B side.
