To provide a water stop shutter device capable of easily releasing a pressed state by a pressing mechanism.SOLUTION: The water stop shutter device includes: an opening/closing body 10 that closes and partitions a space; and a pressing device 40, 50 that generates pressing force, in which the opening/closing body 10 in the closed state is pressed against an immovable part with the pressing force of the pressing device 40, 50. A release mechanism 70 is included for retracting the pressing devices 40, 50 by mechanical operation and releasing the pressing force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
