To improve efficacy to directly work on a body with an approach that has not been seen in a conventional device or facility, and increase a deep temperature of a user's body easily, thereby contributing to improvement of people's immune strength and healing power.SOLUTION: A personal care device includes: a bedrock 16RP including lava having air permeability for generating a far-infrared ray; an electric heater for heating the bedrock 16RP; a plate-like heat insulation material; a plate-like holding member for supporting a reverse face of the heat insulation material; a metallic thin film member; a temperature sensor attached to the bedrock 16RP; a temperature adjusting part for adjusting a heat quantity of the electric heater; a control device for controlling a surface temperature of the bedrock 16RP at 38-43°C; a sound signal transmission system 81 for transmitting a sound signal to a user; and a sound output system 82 for outputting a sound. The bedrock, the heater, and the heat insulation material are simply placed on an upper side of the holding member, and are not fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】従来の装置や施設にはなかったアプローチで身体に対し直接的に働きかける効能を向上させ、使用者の身体の深部温度を手軽に上げることができるようにし、もって人々の免疫力や病気治癒力の向上に資することができるようにする。【解決手段】通気性を有していて遠赤外線を発生させる溶岩を含む岩盤１６ＲＰと、該岩盤１６ＲＰを加熱する電気ヒーターと、板状の断熱材と、該断熱材の裏面を支持する板状の保持部材と、金属薄膜部材と、岩盤１６ＲＰに取り付けられた温度センサーと、電気ヒーターの発熱量を調整する温度調整部と、岩盤１６ＲＰの表面温度を３８～４３℃に制御する制御装置と、使用者に音声信号を送信する音声信号送信システム８１と、音声を出力する音声出力システム８２と、を備え、岩盤、ヒーターおよび断熱材のそれぞれは、保持部材の上方側に載置されただけで固定されていない状態になっている、パーソナルケア装置である。【選択図】図６
