METHOD OF JOINING STEP NOSE COVERING MEMBER AND FLOOR FINISHING MATERIAL AND FLOOR FINISHING MATERIAL FOR STEP
To provide a method for joining a step nose covering member and a floor finishing material that can be implemented at a construction site, and the floor finishing material for steps made by joining the step nose covering member and the floor finishing material.SOLUTION: In a floor finishing material for steps, an edge of a nose covering member and an edge of a floor finishing material on the surface side are butted together, and grooves formed on the back side are filled with bonding material to join the nose covering member and the floor finishing material. Since the edge of the step covering member and the edge of the floor finishing material are butted against each other on the surface side of the floor finishing material for steps, the bonding material filled in the grooves is not exposed. In addition, since a large jointing apparatus is not required, the floor finishing materials for steps can be fabricated at the construction site, and the color pattern and size of the floor finishing materials can be freely selected at the construction site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工現場でも実施できる段鼻被覆部材と床仕上げ材の接合方法と、段鼻被覆部材と床仕上げ材を接合した段差用床仕上げ材を提供すること。【解決手段】段差用床仕上げ材は段鼻被覆部材の表面側の端部と床仕上げ材の表面側の端部とを突き付け、裏面側に形成された溝部に接合材料を充填して段鼻被覆部材と床仕上げ材とを接合する。段差用床仕上げ材の表面側では段鼻被覆部材の端部と床仕上げ材の端部とが突き付けられているので、溝部に充填された接合材料が露出することがない。また、大型の接合装置を必要としないので、施工現場でも段差用床仕上げ材を作製することが可能であり、施工現場で床仕上げ材の色柄やサイズを自由に選択することができる。【選択図】図２
