To provide a compartment penetrating structure, compartment penetrating member and compartment penetrating method causing members for use in a building fire protection construction to exert highly efficient fireproof and fire-extinguishing performances and suppressing deviation of an insertion member for use in the building fire protection construction.SOLUTION: A section penetration part 15 as a fire protection construction formed at a partition part 11 of a building and, the inside of which is penetrated by an elongated insertion body 21, includes an insertion member 3 inserted into the section penetration part 15 in a sleeve-like manner, a locking member 4 coming into contact with at least one end 30 side of the insertion member 3 and the partition part 11 and fixing the location of the insertion member 3, and a sheet-like wrapping part 5 provided at least on one end 30 side of the insertion member 3 and covering a gap 50 between an opening 13D of the section penetration part 15 provided at the partition part 11, and the insertion body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物の防火構造に用いる部材が効率よく耐火性能及び消火性能を発揮し、かつ建築物の防火構造に用いる挿通部材のずれを抑制する区画貫通処理構造、区画貫通処理部材及び区画貫通処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の仕切り部11に形成され、かつ内部に長尺の挿通体21が挿通される区画貫通部15を防火構造であって、区画貫通部15にスリーブ状で挿入された挿通部材3と、挿通部材3の少なくとも一端部30側、及び仕切り部11に接し、挿通部材3の位置を固定する係止部材4と、挿通部材3の少なくとも一端部30側に設けられ、仕切り部11に設けられる区画貫通部15の開口13Dと挿通体21との間隙50を覆うシート状の包覆部5とを備える。【選択図】図1
