SOUND INSULATING WALL STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
To provide a sound insulating wall structure which makes it possible to perform installation work of a sound insulating plate independently without having an impact on a fixing state of another sound insulating plate installed between H-type support pillars.SOLUTION: A sound insulating wall structure 1 comprises: an H-type support pillar 2 which has an inner flange 21 and an outside flange 22 and is erected at prescribed intervals along a road; a sound insulating plate 5 which can be inserted between first and second H-type support pillars 2a, 2b from the road side; a clip fastener 6 engaged with the inner flange 21; an attachment bolt 7 fixed so as to protrude toward the road side from an inner wall 62 arranged on the road side of the clip fastener 6; and a Z-type fastener 9 fixed to an end of the sound insulating plate 5 in its width direction, wherein an attachment hole 94 of a protruding wall 93 of the Z-type fastener 9 protruding from an edge of the sound insulating plate 5 in its width direction is extrapolated to the attachment bolt 7, is pressed by a locking nut 10 screwed onto the attachment bolt 7, and the protruding wall 93 is fixed to the inner wall 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】Ｈ型支柱の間に設置されている別の遮音板の固定状態に影響を与えずに、独立して遮音板の取付作業を行える。【解決手段】内側フランジ２１と外側フランジ２２を有し、道路に沿って所定間隔をあけて立設されるＨ型支柱２と、第１、第２のＨ型支柱２ａ、２ｂとの間に道路側から挿入可能な遮音板５と、内側フランジ２１に係止されるクリップ留具６と、クリップ留具６の道路側に配置される内壁６２から道路側に突出するように固定される取付ボルト７と、遮音板５の幅方向の端部に固定されるＺ型留具９を備え、遮音板５の幅方向の端縁から突出するＺ型留具９の突出壁９３の取付穴９４が取付ボルト７に外挿され、取付ボルト７に螺合される緩み止めナット１０で押圧されて突出壁９３が内壁６２に固定される遮音壁構造１。【選択図】図４
