To provide a sanitary cleaning device in which a body can be disposed in a narrow space and a wire can be effectively prevented from being caught on by a cover when mounting the cover on the body.SOLUTION: A sanitary cleaning device 1 includes a body 4, an electric/electronic circuit 5 housed in the body 4, an electric wire 55 electrically connected to the electric/electronic circuit 5, and a cover 7 that covers the body 4 from above. The body 4 includes a lower first rail 46 and a lower second rail 47. The cover 7 includes an upper first rail 76 that is engaged slidably with the lower first rail 46 and an upper second rail 77 that is engaged slidably with the lower second rail 47. In a state in which the lower second rail 47 and the upper second rail 77 are engaged with each other, the upper first rail 76 and the lower first rail 46 are engaged with each other by pressing the upper first rail 76 against the lower first rail 46 from above and deforming a part of the body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
