To provide an inspection port that does not require a space for sliding on a side of an inner lid when attaching/detaching an inner lid to/from an outer frame.SOLUTION: An inner lid 6 is attached to an outer frame 4 attached to a ceiling material 2 via a hinge device 5 so as to be freely opened and closed. The hinge device 5 has an outer frame hinge 30 provided on the outer frame 4 and an inner frame hinge 31 provided on an inner frame 8 of the inner lid 6. The inner frame hinge 31 can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the outer frame hinge 30 in an engagement and disengagement direction 11 that intersects a longitudinal direction of the outer frame hinge 30. An anti-fall-off member 40 that prevents the inner lid 6 from falling off from the outer frame 4 is provided on the outer frame 4. The anti-fall-off member 40 is switchable between an inner lid fall-off prevention position that prevents the inner frame hinge 31 from detaching from the outer frame hinge 30, and an inner lid attachment and detachment position. In the inner lid fall-off prevention position, the inner frame hinge 31 engaged with the outer frame hinge 30 with the inner lid 6 open is restricted from moving in a detachment direction 11a detaching from the outer frame hinge 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
