WALL STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING WALL STRUCTURE
To provide a wall structure with excellent workability and a method of constructing the wall structure.SOLUTION: A wall structure consists of a frame 2 having a column 21 and a beam, and a wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 surrounded by the frame 2 and joined to the frame. In the wall structure, the wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 and the frame 2 are joined using a joint hardware 41 that has a perforated steel plate 411 and is fixed to the frame 2. The wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 is formed by arranging two wooden panels 31 so that the panel surfaces face each other. A space between the frame 2 and the wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 is filled with solidified material 43, and the frame 2 and the wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 are joined through the perforated steel plate 411 protruding from the frame 2 into a space between the two wooden panels 31. The perforated steel plate 411 is sandwiched between the two wooden panels 31 and a void is created between the two wooden panels 31 at a different location from the perforated steel plate 411. When viewed along an out-of-plane direction of the frame 2, the entire portion of the joint hardware 41 between the frame 2 and the wooden earthquake-resistant wall 3 is covered by the solidified material 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工性に優れた壁構造および壁構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】壁構造は、柱21と梁を有するフレーム2と、フレーム2に囲まれた木質耐震壁3とを接合したものである。壁構造では、孔あき鋼板411を有し、フレーム2に固定された接合金物41を用いて木質耐震壁3とフレーム2とが接合される。木質耐震壁3は、2枚の木質板材31を板面同士が対向するように配置して形成される。フレーム2と木質耐震壁3の間には固化材43が充填され、フレーム2から2枚の木質板材31の間の空間に突出した孔あき鋼板411を介して、フレーム2と木質耐震壁3とが接合される。孔あき鋼板411は2枚の木質板材31の間に挟み込まれ、孔あき鋼板411と異なる位置で、2枚の木質板材31の間に空隙が設けられる。フレーム2の面外方向に沿って見た時に、接合金物41のフレーム2と木質耐震壁3の間の部分の全体が、固化材43によって覆われる。【選択図】図2
