METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CIVIL ENGINEERING STRUCTURE, UNIT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING UNIT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING STRUCTURE
To provide a method for constructing a civil engineering structure which quickly constructs a civil engineering structure where a plurality of wall surface materials are provided as surface layers, a unit for a civil engineering structure which is suitable for use of the method for constructing the civil engineering structure, and a method for manufacturing the unit for the civil engineering structure.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a civil engineering structure prepares a plurality of units 5 for a civil engineering structure where a plurality of natural stones 7 are mounted on a metal mesh upper surface 6a, and leg parts 8A, 8B and 9 are provided on a metal mesh lower surface 6b, lays the plurality of units 5 for the civil engineering structure on a slope face 3, forms a concrete filling space 36 between a metal mesh 6 and the slope face 3, fills the concrete filling space 36 with concrete, and buries the metal mesh and the leg parts 8A, 8B and 9 of the plurality of units for the civil engineering structures in the concrete. For forming the leg parts 8A and 8B, a cylinder group fixed to the metal mesh lower surface 6b and a pair of side part frame structure members are formed using a processed wire material, and tips of the pair of side part frame structure members are bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】複数の壁面材を表面層として設けた土木構築物を迅速に構築させる土木構築物の構築方法、その土木構築物の構築方法の利用に好適な土木構築物用ユニット、その土木構築物用ユニットの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】金網上面6aに複数の自然石7が取付けられていると共に、金網下面6bに脚部8A,8B,9が設けられている土木構築物用ユニット5を複数用意し、その複数の土木構築物用ユニット5を法面3上に敷設して、金網6と法面3との間にコンクリート充填空間36を形成し、コンクリート充填空間37にコンクリートを充填して、該コンクリート内に複数の各土木構築物用ユニットの金網及び脚部8A,8B,9を埋設する。脚部8A,8Bを形成するには、金網下面6bに固着される筒体群と、加工された線材を利用して一対の側部骨組み構造部材を形成し、その一対の側部骨組み構造部材の先端部同士を結合する。【選択図】図2
