To provide a water leakage point estimation system which can reduce an inspection load of water leakage.SOLUTION: A water leakage point estimation system 1 for estimating a water leakage suspicious part where there is possibility of water leakage in a duct for supplying clean water to consumers, comprises: a first acquisition unit which can acquire a first report which is an autonomous report of symptoms about the water leakage from an object person; an extraction unit 23 which can extract a symptom generation place in which the symptoms about the water leakage has been generated, on the basis of the first report; a request unit which can request a report of the symptoms about the water leakage, to a report request object person selected on the basis of the symptom generation place extracted by the extraction unit 23; a second acquisition unit which can acquire a second report which is a report according to the request from the request unit from the report request object person; and an estimation unit 24 which can estimate the water leakage suspicious part, on the basis of at least the second report.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
