To provide a water-related facility structure in which water-related facilities such as a bath, a toilet, and a washstand are arranged efficiently for easy use.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-related facility structure 10 that consolidates water-related facilities in one place, including a passage 20 having entrances 21 and 22 at the front and rear, in which a bathtub 30, a toilet 40, a sink 50, a shower room 60, and a washing machine 70 are arranged on either side of the passage 20, and are arranged in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view. Additionally, a floor 11, a ceiling 12, and surrounding walls 13 to 16 are of a shared structure, and within these are arranged the passage 20, the bathtub 30, the toilet 40, a washbasin 50, the shower room 60, and the washing machine 70. 【課題】バス、トイレ、洗面台等の水回り設備を使いやすく効率的に配置させた水回り設備構造を提供する。【解決手段】水回り設備を１箇所に集約させた水回り設備構造１０であって、前後に出入口２１，２２を有する通路２０を有し、通路２０を挟んで浴槽３０、トイレ４０、洗面台５０、シャワールーム６０、洗濯機７０が配置されており、それらが平面視略方形状に配置されている。また、床１１、天井１２、周壁１３～１６が共用の構成となっており、それらの内部に通路２０、浴槽３０、トイレ４０、洗面台５０、シャワールーム６０、洗濯機７０が配置されている。また、出入口２１，２２は、扉２３，２４を有している。【選択図】図７
