HEAT-INSULATING AND WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE AND HEAT-INSULATING AND WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ROOFTOP OR BALCONY WALL PART

Abstract

To provide a heat-insulating and waterproofing structure and a heat-insulating and waterproofing construction method for a rooftop or a balcony wall part (external heat insulation) not including filling of foamed urethane.SOLUTION: A heat-insulating waterproof structure 1 includes: an outer wall 2; a rising part 3 positioned below the outer wall; a space 4 between the lower surface of the outer wall and the upper surface of the rising part; a waterproof material 6 covering surfaces in contact with the space among surfaces of a skeleton 5 supporting the outer wall and the rising part, the upper face of the rising part, and an outer side face of the rising part; a heat-insulating material block 7 removably arranged in the space; and a draining hardware 8 provided so as to surround the heat-insulating material block. Preferably, the heat-insulating material block is fixed to the skeleton through a heat-insulating material block fixing member 9, the heat-insulating material block fixing member is attached to the skeleton with a screw 11, and a sealing material 10 is filled between the lower surface of the outer wall and the upper surface of the draining hardware.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】発泡ウレタンの充填を含まない屋上またはバルコニーの壁部（外断熱）の断熱防水構造および断熱防水施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】断熱防水構造１は、外壁２、外壁の下方に位置する立上り部３、外壁の下面と立上り部の上面との間の空間４、外壁および立上り部を支持する躯体５の表面のうち前記空間に接する表面と立上り部の上面と立上り部の外側面とを覆う防水材６、前記空間内に着脱可能に配置された断熱材ブロック７、ならびに断熱材ブロックを包囲するように設けられた水切り金物８を含み、好ましくは、断熱材ブロックは断熱材ブロック固定部材９によって躯体に固定され、断熱材ブロック固定部材はねじ１１によって躯体に取り付けられ、外壁の下面と水切り金物の上面との間にシール材１０が充填されている。【選択図】図１
