To provide an information processing device capable of appropriately predicting state changes of a ground surface.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 comprises: an acquisition section 101 that acquires ground surface information including elevation changes of a ground surface; a prediction section 103 that predicts future state changes of the ground surface using a prediction model generated using change history information indicating past elevation changes on the ground surface and change amount history information indicating the amount of state change of the ground surface corresponding to the past elevation changes, based on the ground surface information; and an output section 105 that outputs prediction information indicating the predicted state change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
