To provide a house structure and a kitchen counter which can be used in various ways according to the life style of a resident.SOLUTION: A house structure (1) includes a kitchen unit (20), a living room (12) provided to face the kitchen unit (20), and a face-to-face kitchen counter (40) arranged at a boundary between the kitchen unit (20) and the living room (12). The kitchen counter (40) includes a vertical wall part (44) extending from a floor surface to a predetermined height position, and a table (41) projecting from the vertical wall part (44) to the living room (12) side, and the height dimension of the table (41) is 700 mm or more and 750 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】入居者のライフスタイルに合わせて様々な方法で利用することが可能な住宅構造およびキッチンカウンターを提供する。【解決手段】住宅構造（１）は、キッチンユニット（２０）と、キッチンユニット（２０）に対面して設けられる居室（１２）と、キッチンユニット（２０）と居室（１２）の境界に配置される対面式のキッチンカウンター（４０）とを備える。キッチンカウンター（４０）は、床面から所定高さ位置まで延びる立壁部（４４）と、立壁部（４４）から居室（１２）側に突出するテーブル（４１）とを含み、テーブル（４１）の高さ寸法は、７００ｍｍ以上７５０ｍｍ以下である。【選択図】図２
