BEAM JOINING DEVICE FOR SQUARE STEEL PIPE COLUMN
To provide a joining technique capable of using a non-bracket technique small in welding work load for a structure of a column in which an H-shaped steel beam to a square steel pipe column with bolts through joining hardware to position a nut and a washer within a very small range by nut tightening in the column through rotation of a high strength bolt inserted from a column outer surface side.SOLUTION: A nut holding board where a nut and a washer are set is provided on the inner surface wall of a square steel pipe column and a high strength bolt is inserted from the outer surface side of the square steel column, so that the beveled tip of the bolt passes through a washer inner-diameter part in contact with the washer inner-diameter part to contact a screw opening upper part of the nut. The contacted nut brought comes into contact with a nut cover of the nut holding board to threadably engage the bolt. The bolt is continuously rotated thereafter, and the nut and washer moves toward the head of the bolt along the thread and then the washer abuts on the inner surface wall of the square steel pipe column to tighten the nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】角形鋼管柱に、接合金物を介してH形鋼梁をボルト接合する柱の構造において、溶接作業負担が少ないノンブラケット工法を用いて、柱外面側から挿入した高力ボルト頭回転による、柱内部でのナット締め付けで、ナットと座金の位置調整が微少範囲で可能な接合工法を提供する。【解決手段】角形鋼管柱の内面壁に、ナットと座金をセットしたナット保持盤を設けて、角形鋼柱の外面側から高力ボルトが挿入すると、ボルトの面取り先が、座金内径部に接触しながら、座金内径部を通過してナットのねじ口上部に接触する。接触されたナットは、ナット保持盤のナットカバーに接触して、ボルトを螺合する。その後もボルトの回転が続くと、ナットと座金は、ボルトの頭部側へねじ山に沿って移動し、座金が角形鋼管柱の内面壁に当接して、ナットの締め付けが発生する。【選択図】図1
