To provide a bearing wall structure and a building in which reduction in thermal insulation of thermal insulation material and workability of the thermal insulation material can be suppressed, even if a bearing face material is placed in an area surrounded with framework members and the thermal insulation material is placed on an indoor side thereof.SOLUTION: A bearing wall structure according to the present invention comprises a bearing body including a bearing face material, an upper beam to which an upper end of the bearing body is attached, a lower beam to which a lower end of the bearing body is attached, and a thermal insulation material disposed on an indoor side of the bearing body. The bearing body does not have a portion protruding to the indoor side from the bearing face material in a central section located between the upper and lower ends in a vertical direction, and the thermal insulation material is arranged to cover the indoor side of the central section in the entire width direction of the central section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】骨組部材に囲まれる領域内に耐力面材を配置し、その屋内側に断熱材を配置する構成としても、断熱材による断熱性及び断熱材の施工性、の低下を抑制可能な、耐力壁構造及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る耐力壁構造は、耐力面材を含む耐力体と、前記耐力体の上端部が取り付けられている上梁と、前記耐力体の下端部が取り付けられている下梁と、前記耐力体の屋内側に配置される断熱材と、を備え、前記耐力体は、鉛直方向で前記上端部及び前記下端部の間に位置する中央部において、前記耐力面材より屋内側に突出する部分を備えておらず、前記断熱材は、前記中央部の屋内側を、前記中央部の幅方向の全域に亘って覆うように、配置されている。【選択図】図3
