To provide an improved scaffold installation and dismantling method.SOLUTION: A scaffold installation and dismantling method is performed in the following order: sheet member stretching step S101 of hanging a net from a roof of a building; lifting platform installing step S102 of hanging the lifting platform from the roof of the building; scaffold installing step S103 of installing a scaffold; sheet member fixing step S104 of fixing the net to the scaffold; sheet member separating step S105 of unfastening the net and the scaffold; scaffold dismantling step S106 of removing the scaffold; lifting platform removal step S107 of removing the lifting platform; and sheet member removal step S108 of removing the net.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
