JOINT STRUCTURE OF WOODEN PANELS
To provide a joint structure that enables rational design against horizontal forces and does not require construction precision during joining and installation in the design and construction of wooden panels.SOLUTION: The joint structure includes: a wooden panel 2 in which a cutout 20, at least one surface of which is a vertical side surface 20V, is formed by cutting out two surfaces of a corner of the lower surface of the panel, and is supported upright on a beam 3; a square steel pipe 11 having a size that can be accommodated in the cutout 20, fixed on the beam 3 at a position corresponding to the cutout 20, and having a side surface that can be in close contact with the vertical side surface 20V of the cutout 20; and a fixing bolt 30 whose tip protrudes from a horizontal surface 20H of the cutout and whose other end is fixed in the wood panel 2 to hold the square steel pipe 11 tightly against the vertical side surface 20V. The horizontal shear force acting on the wooden panel 2 is transmitted to the beam 3 via the square steel pipe 11 housed in the cutout 20 by bringing the vertical side surface 20V and the steel pipe side surface into close contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木質パネルの設計施工において、水平力に対する合理的な設計でき、接合、設置時における施工精度を要しない接合部構造を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも一面が鉛直側面20Vとなる切欠部20がパネル下面の隅角部の二面を切欠いて形成され、梁3上に起立して支持される木質パネル2と、切欠部20内に収容可能な寸法で、切欠部20に対応する位置の梁3上に固定され、切欠部20の鉛直側面20Vに密接可能な側面を有する角形鋼管11と、切欠部水平面20Hから先端が突出し、他端が木質パネル2内に定着され、角形鋼管11を鉛直側面20Vに密接保持する固定ボルト30とを備え、鉛直側面20Vと鋼管側面とを密接させて切欠部20内に収容された角形鋼管11を介して木質パネル2に作用する水平せん断力を梁3に伝達させるようにした。【選択図】図2
