To provide a precast composite floor material in which sludge leakage hardly occurs, and which can form a slab that can transmit stress, and to provide a building.SOLUTION: A precast composite floor material 11 includes: a tabular precast floor slab 20B in which a wooden slab 22 and a concrete slab 24 are integrated; a floor slab fixing part 30 formed at one end side of the concrete slab 24, and capable of abutting and fixing the precast floor slab 20B and another precast floor slab arranged next to it; and a floor slab supporting part 40 formed at the other end side orthogonal to the one end side of the concrete slab 24, and supported by a skeleton (core 12) of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ノロ漏れが発生し難く、応力を伝達可能なスラブを形成できるプレキャスト合成床材及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト合成床材１１は、木質版２２とコンクリート版２４とを一体化した板状のプレキャスト床版２０Ｂと、コンクリート版２４の一端辺に形成され、プレキャスト床版２０Ｂと、隣に配置される他のプレキャスト床版と、を突き合わせて固定可能とする床版固定部３０と、コンクリート版２４の一端辺と直交する他端辺に形成され、建物の躯体（コア１２）に支持される床版支持部４０と、を備える。【選択図】図２
