To provide a fire-resistant resin composition which allows a heat conductive member used in a fire-proof structure of a building to efficiently exhibit fire-resistant performance and fire-extinction performance and can obtain uniform fire resistance and fire extinction properties, a fire-resistant material, a fire-resistant laminate, a partition penetration processing structure, and a partition penetration processing method.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant resin composition contains at least one fire-resistant additive selected from the group consisting of a flame retardant, a heat absorbing agent and a thermally expansive laminar inorganic substance, a heat conductive substance, metal particles and a resin, and is used in a fire-proof structure of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: None
